Every product we sell at RoughenIt comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please email us within 48 hours of receipt of the defective item for your Return Authorization Number. When we email you the Return Authorization Number, make sure you included all the paperwork and all the pieces of the product are returned in the box. Mark & seal the package as instructed and return it in the same shipping container for a full refund of the purchase price only. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:
