RoughenIt's  Shipping Policy

 Ground shipments are generally sent via FedEx. Customers may specify shipment service (i.e. grouind, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day), but Roughtenit will select the carrier. We will ship express but you must call for rates or request it by e-mail. A nominal handling fee will be applied to each order in addition to normal shipping fees charged. For the United States Postal Service shipments, the handling fee will be $ 3.50. This fee is applied on each order (not per box) basis. Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees at time of purchase. It is the responsibility of customer to notify Roughenit of any lost or damaged shipments. Customer will be responsible for processing the return and claim for any damaged item. Customer will also process all traces and claims on lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or returned delivery of shipments. Daily cut off time for all shipments is 12 p.m., Mountain Standards Time. Shipping charges are non – refundable. Use the shipping table below to calculate shipping charges.
